Legislation in the UK is now enforced on companies that keep drums, IBC's and other containers of liquids/Oils etc. All these containers now must be bunded with some type of Spill Containment. Safe storage of chemicals and solvents and particularly oil / fuel products has been the focus of the Environment Agency for some time. This has resulted in new legislation to help protect the environment from contamination and toxic spills.
