Absorbent Pads
Absorbent pads are an ideal solution to the regular maintenance and mopping up of small spills in the workplace. For the purposes of health and safety and the prevention of environmental pollution, it is important that spill control and spill cleanup become a regular part of the working environment, and absorbent pads can facilitate this requirement.

Absorbent Pads provide the maximum durability and absorbency while hiding dirt and grime. Available in a number of sizes and formats, Absorbent Pads are ideal for a large one off spill or a concentrated constant machine leak. They are also great for smaller spills and day-to-day cleanup and repair work. Absorbent pads won't leave liquids behind, even when they are completely saturated.

Absorbent Socks
Around equipment, under machinery, on land or on water Absorbent Socks go everywhere you need to confine and absorb a spill. Our Absorbent Sock selection includes socks of different length and sorbency ideal for a wide variety of liquids and applications.

The Absorbent sock is a great damming and diking device able to stop spills from spreading fast. Our range of Absorbent Socks can absorb up to 3.5 litres of oils, water, coolants and solvents per sock making them very cost effective when absorbing accidental spills or a continuous leak.

Because our Oil Only Absorbent Socks absorb oil (and petroleum-based liquids) and not water they make outdoor cleanup easy. Can be placed in or around puddles of water safe in the knowledge that only the oil or fuel will be soaked up and not the water.

Absorbent Rolls
Absorbent Rolls are great for oil, chemical and water based liquids. Ideal for industrial plant, machine and maintenance shops. These high performance rolls are dimpled to soak up more liquid in less time.

Absorbent Rolls blanket large areas that have leaks, drips and overspray of fluids in and around walkways. For quick clean-ups, just tear one perforated piece off and use it as a pad for soaking up spilled liquids.

Use it to keep walkways tidy and around machinery dry. Will withstand moderate foot traffic. Use it as a wipe to clean up oil and coolants. It’s powerful absorbency makes the Roll last much longer than an ordinary wiper cloth.

Another benefit of the roll is it’s versatility. Simply fold over along perforations to form a sock shape that will absorb leaks and drips around any type of leaking machinery.

An audit report is then sent to nominated personnel with a invoice and graph showing the products used through each station. You only pay for what you use!!

The hydroentanglement process produces a single sheet of material from a mass of fibers resulting in good wet and dry strength, excellent absorbency and low lint chracteristics.

All this coupled with excellent chemical compatibility, make the wipes ideal for use with oils, solvents, alcohols and practically any other fluid. As no glue or binder resins are required, the fabric resists solvents and will not break down when used with them.

Solvent resistant Censol Non woven wipes can be used for a variety of applications from mopping up spillages in a food preparation area to critical wiping in a print or engineering environment.

Wet Wipes

Wipe 2 - Heavy Duty Degreasing Wipes
The Wipemaster range of bucket wipes is a new innovation combining technology in both advanced wiping and safe chemicals. The dispensing system ensures a clean wipe ready for instant use making containers of harmful chemicals a thing of the past.

Each 10 litre bucket contains 400 (200mm x 380mm) non woven wipes (Fully Rolls-Royce approved) impregnated with a special blend of solvents and cleaning fluids for the removal of grease, grime and marking inks from all metal surfaces.

Using Wet wipes removes the need for bulk chemicals to be used on the shopfloor. Wipemaster Wipe 2 helps you to comply with ISO14001 Environmental Management System.

How they work:
Industry now accepts that Wet Wipes offer significant benefits when working in a 'clean as you work' environment. The advent of the Health & Safety at Work Act, C.O.S.H.H., H.A.C.C.P. and C.H.l.P. regulations directed industry towards the safer handling and use of Chemicals.

Apart from Spillages, Censol identified there are two other concerns when using Bulk Chemicals; firstly, operator error resulting in incorrect dilutions and secondly, poor hygiene with dirty containers or soiled cloths being used. If not addressed this situation could lead to serious health, environmental and financial issues.

Impregnated Wet Wipes (Degreasing or IPA Wet Wipes) offer the control of a measured amount of chemical pre mixed onto a low lint non-woven material ready for use.
